GOSTiR Sports Hall in Rzgów will host women's teams from all over Poland

01 Mar 2024

On March 2, the GOSTiR Sports Hall in Rzgów will host women's teams from all over Poland, competing for the title of the best futnet team in the country, for the 5th time in history. The title will be defended by KS Blokers Łódź, which defeated Zawisza Rzgów in last year's final. The bronze medals at that time were presented to the Sand Winners Team.

The Championships will be played on a team-system basis, which means that each match will include a singles, doubles and triples set.

We are pleased to announce that we will host several debuting teams, apart from the well-known and established futnet teams. The level of women's futnet in Poland has been increasing every year, which was confirmed by last year's bronze medal of the Polish women’s national team at the Futnet World Championships held in Switzerland. This will be the first opportunity since then to see our national team players live in official matches on Polish courts.

Besides purely sports-related emotions, the event will be accompanied by contests with attractive prizes funded by the championship partners for participants and fans gathered at the GOSTiR Hall in Rzgów.

The online stream from the final phase of the Championships will be available on the Polish Futnet YouTube channel from 2:00 p.m. CET.

The final match of the FUJITSU Women’s Polish Futnet Championships is planned to take place at 4 p.m. CET.

This weekend, all fans of the futnet world can enjoy the online event via a stream and we are hoping for a big attendance and loud cheers at the Rzgów Hall!
